Shipping

We ship using USPS and your package will be sent via Priority mail. We ship with tracking on every order, and with signature confirmation on any order over five hundred dollars. We do this so we can track the entire journey of your package and make sure it arrives safely in your hands and your hands only. Orders go out between 2-7 business days as we are a small business handling all of our shipping fulfillment! For custom, made to order items, please allow for up to 12 weeks for production. Normally chains are ready in 2-3 weeks. Other custom pieces vary, from 4-6 weeks, 6-8 weeks, and 12 weeks for items like engagement rings. You can contact us with any questions. United States

USPS Priority 1-3 day shipping is available with tracking. Signature confirmation is also available, as well as insurance upon request, please message for a quote. Starts at $15 for shipping and handling.

International

International shipping via USPS International Priority Mail is available for eligible countries. This includes insurance and sometimes signature confirmation depending on the price point. We are not held responsible for taxes and duties. We declare the full retail value. Starts at $38 and up.

Ring Sizing

If you’re unsure about your ring size please visit a local jeweler to have your finger sized so that we can make sure its the right fit. Most rings can be sized, although there are some settings and styles that can only go up or down one or two sizes. If you have a ring sized through us, it will be an additional fee, so please make sure the information you provide for us is accurate. Returns

For in stock items (not made to order) we accept Returns or Exchanges for store credit or refund within 10 business days of recieving an item. The item must not be worn or damaged in any way, and shipped back in its original branded packaging. Shipping costs for returns are handled by the buyer. Please email if you have questions regarding a return. All sales are final for made to order pieces or rings that have been sized specifically for you. Our made to order items are made by hand in small batches. Therefore each item may vary slightly and have a handmade feel. Please ask all questions you have and read the descriptions carefully before purchasing. We are not liable for any damage to the item once you have taken ownership. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear of your item once it is in your hands. We are more than happy to provide further information or photos and videos before purchasing, so feel free to email us with any questions.
